Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
In case of defective or damaged or not as described -:
If you find that the product you received is defective or damaged or not as described, we will accept a return of that unused product within 7 days.
Please make sure to take a small video shoot of opening of each package and also pictures of the product. They are compulsory for the exchange of any product.
Once we receive the returned item 21 Century will provide a exchange of that order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.
21 Century will not provide an exchange for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track able mail service.
We are unable to provide an exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Please do not worry if the tracking records are normal and updating. If the parcel turns out to be missing, we will issue a full refund to you
